MSL provided a variety of consultancy and commercial management services associated with project including providing SAP and SBEM calculations to ensure compliance with Building Regulations, In addition MSL undertook daylight simulation and analyses associated with BREEAM. MSL undertook the pre-contract development and negotiation of technical, contract and commercial aspects of the scheme in connection with the mechanical, electrical and public health engineering services.
