Comprising two apartment blocks providing 39 mixed affordable accommodation and private dwellings, complete with on-site parking facilities, MSL were appointed by the developer to provide design solutions and specifications for all aspects of mechanical, electrical and public health engineering services. Working within tight budget constraints, MSL developed compliant and cost effective solutions in collaboration with developer and other design team members.
