Working on behalf of the main contractor in collaboration with the client and professional team, MSL provided technical, commercial and project management support with the development of the Contractor’s Proposals and procurement of mechanical, electrical and public health services. To meet demanding programme requirements MSL also undertook the detailed design of mechanical, electrical and public health services associated with the early phase of the project pending formal appointment of the MEP sub-contractor. As an integral part of this process MSL provided value engineering options for client consideration, ensuring commercial viability and ‘best value’ was maintained throughout whilst maintaining high standards.
