Kettles Yard Look Ahead Project, Cambridge
The project comprises a major building project sensitive to the existing environment, with retained facades, to create a four floor education wing, improved exhibition galleries, a new entrance area and café for this highly regarded art gallery.
Working with the project team, MSL have provided technical, commercial and project management support with the development of the technical and commercial proposals associated with the mechanical, electrical and public health services. As an integral part of this exercise MSL provided value engineering options for client consideration, ensuring commercial viability and ‘best value’ was achieved without detriment to the technically demanding requirements for this project.
