MSL carried out extensive energy modelling and high level services design and performance specification for this award winning project which comprised a fitness suite, hydro pool, steam room, sauna, relaxation room and aerobics studio. The project also demanded extensive services diversions of existing below ground services due to it’s close proximity to the incoming infrastructure services serving the wider site. MSL successfully developed the strategies necessary for these services diversions to occur without disruption JLR’s existing business operations on this large site. Other works included an education and business partnership centre and a children's day nursery situated in a woodland area in-keeping with it’s natural surroundings.
Following MSL’s early design work, MSL also maintained oversight over detailed design undertaken by the services sub-contractors and actively managed the subsequent commissioning process and prepared ‘as built’ BRUKL documentation and Part L logbook, ensuring successful completion of this impressive project.
