MSL provided technical, commercial and project management support to the main contractor assisting with the development of the Contractor’s Proposals and procurement of mechanical, electrical and public health services. In addition MSL provided value engineering options for client consideration and through dynamic thermal simulation and energy modeling provided a renewable energy proposal for the discharge of related planning conditions.
The project comprises 3 floors of shell and core office accommodation, with inherent flexibility retained to facilitate future adaptation to laboratory accommodation and a roof top plantroom. In addition external landscaping and a multi-deck car park were provided.
