Over a seven year period (2006 to 2012) MSL were heavily involved in a number of projects in the formula one sector. MSL successfully provided a variety of consulting, design, project management and commissioning management functions ensuring successful delivery of projects from the initial brief taking stage through design, construction, commissioning and beyond.
Projects included substantial remodelling and refurbishment of existing buildings to provide state-of-the-art facilities including computational fluid dynamics modelling, computer aided design, office accommodation, model shop, paint shop, clean rooms, machine shop, gymnasium, café, prototype manufacturing, composite manufacturing. A wide variety of mechanical, electrical and public health engineering services were provided.
Each project faced unique challenges with logistics and working to keep the busy working environment operational. This was achieved successfully.
