MSL have provided project management, design, design management and commercial management services to the developer. MSL have managed the appointment of design team members, the design process, and value engineering decisions to keep the project financially viable. MSL have managed the procurement, appointment and day-to-day progress of the main contractor. The scheme comprised asbestos removal, demolition of the existing property and the construction of a high quality new build residential property in rural Buckfast. Complicated planning requirements associated with the local Planning Authority have been negotiated for this site which is situated in the Dartmoor National Park.
